After graduating Salutatorian of her high school class from Westminster Christian School in Miami, Ana-Cris chose to attend Duke University in the fall of 2003. While attending Duke, Ana-Cris realized that her calling was to help people and the best way she could accomplish that goal was to go to law school and become a lawyer. She enrolled at Wake Forest University School of Law and graduated in the spring of 2010. She passed the bar exam in the spring of 2011 and was sworn in on April 15, 2011.
