Alicia Morgan

Mrs. Alicia Morgan, the founder of Immigration Lawyers USA LLC, is the great-granddaughter of Irish and German immigrants and a first-generation attorney from a humble, middle-class family in Kentucky. Ms. Morgan obtained her law license in the state of Kentucky, and she currently zealously represents immigrants in all 50 states and around the globe practicing all areas of federal immigration and nationality law. Elina Santana

Carmen Arce

Attorney Carmen Arce was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and has been practicing Immigration Law since that time.  She has been an active member of The American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2002.  She spent the first decade of her legal career working for two different prominent Immigration Law Firms in Miami where she learned a strong work ethic and developed a passion for advocating for the rights of Foreign Nationals.  She was fortunate to gain experience in three areas of Immigration Law:  Family Immigration, Business Immigration, and Removal Proceeding.  Although she enjoyed learning everything she could about Immigration Law, she was always drawn towards Business Immigration.
