Keith’s pioneering efforts served to make custody and relocation cases more fair and predictable by applying the same rules across the board. AB 263 won a solid majority in the fractious Assembly, was passed by unanimous vote in the Senate, and was signed into law by Governor Brian Sandoval on June 9, 2015.
Saira Haseebullah

Saira is a 2014 graduate of UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Saira gained experience in the family law arena, externing at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, interning with the Honorable Judge William Gonzalez, and clerking at a local family firm where she worked with divorce, custody, and bankruptcy clients. Upon admission to the Nevada State Bar, Saira accepted a position as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Frank P. Prior to law school, Saira graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. As an undergraduate student, Saira worked with the UNLV Office of Student Conduct, volunteering time to assist students in resolving academic and conduct violations. Saira also participated in extensive psychology research, and co-authored a publication studying relationships and human emotion.

EDWARD L. KAINEN

He has served on the Family Court Bench Bar Committee (1997-2005), was its Chair (1999-2003), and served on the Advisory Board for the Clark County Self Help Center (2000-2010).
