Steven J. Flodman

Steven J. Flodman has developed an extensive practice in the domestic relations field. Krista M. Carlson

Krista Carlson is a native of Ord, Nebraska. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2005. Krista was active in Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society, while at UNK and also received the Outstanding Graduate of the Department of History award during her senior year.
Krista graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2008. She served as an Executive Editor for the Nebraska Law Review and was a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.
Krista joined the law firm of Wolfe, Snowden, Hurd, Luers & Ahl as an associate in 2008 and became a partner there on January 1, 2015. While at Wolfe Snowden, she practiced in a variety of areas including railroad defense, insurance defense, municipal law, OSHA defense, landlord/tenant cases, wage claims, family law, and both defending and pursuing personal injury claims (including wrongful death, car accidents and slip and fall cases).
Family law has always been her passion, and increasingly became the focus of her practice during the last few years of her career at Wolfe Snowden. Adam Little grew up on a small farm in rural North Dakota, where he honed a strong work ethic and a down-to-earth attitude. Adam received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND in 2008. Adam remains an avid supporter of the NDSU Bison.
After graduating from NDSU, Adam relocated to Lincoln, Nebraska to attend law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law. Adam received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2012 and completed a Program of Concentrated Studies in both Intellectual Property and Space, Cyber, and Telecommunications law. While in law school, Adam was involved in the Student Bar Association, was a founding member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, competed in the Grether Moot Court and Allen Moot Court competitions, as well as the ABA Mediation, Client Counseling, and Arbitration competitions. Adam was also a member of the UNL National Moot Court Team, reaching the regional semi-finals, and the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Team, which finished as national semi-finalists. Adam has volunteered his time coaching the Lachs Team since 2015.
He is licensed to practice in Nebraska, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Adam’s expertise in cyber law and technology issues carries over into his practice, as well as his knowledge and experience in agriculture. John W. Ballew, Jr.

John began private practice in Scottsbluff, Nebraska where he became partner in the firm of Simmons, Olsen, Ediger, Selzer & Ballew P.C. In 1991, John moved back to Lincoln and became associated with Baylor, Evnen, Curtiss, Grimit & Witt. In 1995, John and M.J. Bruckner formed The Bruckner/Ballew Law Firm, P.C. before he and Vic Covalt decided to form this firm in 1999. Over the past thirty years, John has concentrated his trial practice in the areas of personal injury along with complex and high asset divorce cases.
He is one of only eleven Nebraska lawyers admitted to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and is one of only two lawyers in Nebraska who is both a Fellow in the AAML and Board Certified as a Family Law Trial Lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
