I graduated from the University of Colorado with honors in political science. Then, I received a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Virginia, where I had a graduate fellowship and served as a faculty research assistant. Thereafter, I graduated from the Georgetown Law School, where the faculty asked me to teach a class in legal research and writing.

MARY J. MURRAY

Mary has practiced law since 1991. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University in 1987 where she attended on a basketball scholarship. She received her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in the spring of 1990 and passed the July 1990 New York State Bar Exam. Mary is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and New York.
After litigating in New York for ten years, Mary relocated to Charleston, South Carolina where she is able to devote her practice to helping individuals facing family conflict. Megan is a local family law, divorce, and child custody lawyer. She was born and raised in Moncks Corner, a small town about 30 miles north of Charleston. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston and the Charleston School of Law.
When Megan is not practicing law, she is attempting new recipes, trying to become a runner, singing loudly and offkey, and reading. Megan and her husband live in Ravenel with their children and cat (who has enough personality for two humans).

Gregory Forman

Mr. Forman graduated from Haverford College in 1984 with a dual major in political science and economics. He graduated from Temple University School of Law, Cum Laude, in 1991. He has been a member of the South Carolina Bar since 1992 and practicing family law since 1993. He is also licensed to practice in the Federal District of South Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. Kevin M. Seibert, Esq. was born in Georgia but moved all over the country, having grown up in a military family. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. He received his B.A. with honors in English from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity. He then attended Ave Maria School of Law, where he was chosen to sit on the Moot Court Board and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He studied in Oxford in 2000 and was involved in the Peace Corps in Uganda in 2001 and 2002.
He was honored to serve as acting Law Clerk for Judge Reck in the Probate Court and 44th Circuit Court Family Division in Howell, Michigan. He then managed successful law firms that focused on family law and criminal defense matters in Lawrenceville, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina.
He is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Charleston, where he is an altar server, a lector and a RCIA teacher. He is also in formation to become a deacon and is pursuing a M.A. in Theology from St. Leo University. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
