This is not the vision of Lisa Kane & Associates. From the start we litigate and prepare for trial with the expectation that we will go to trial and we do go to trial. Craig S. Mielke

Craig S. Mielke, brings a balance to a firm that already prides itself on a natural cohesiveness.
Admitted to the Illinois State and U.S. District Court Bars in 1980 after earning his law degree from the University of Illinois where he completed his undergraduate studies in 1977. Born in Oak Park in 1955, Mielke has taken on thousands of workers’ compensation cases, gone to jury trials on dozens of cases and been a part of nearly 70 cases heard by the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts and U.S. District Courts and Seventh Circuit Appellate Courts.
Mielke is also a part of the firm’s team that works on labor relations matters, including police union contracts. One of his most satisfying efforts was the firm’s work with the Aurora police union. “We’re very proud of Aurora, in particular,” Mielke explains. “We believe they have one of the best contracts in Illinois.”
“Workers’ compensation vary dramatically in size and difficulty, so we can take the smaller cases,” he said. “We try to be of service to all clients big and small.” As it relates to personal injury cases, Mielke agrees with the philosophy of his partners: Doing the best you can, on a professional and emotional level, for people dealing with a difficult time in their lives. “A happy client is our best advertiser to the outside,” he said.
Aimée M. Robert

Aimée M. Robert was born in Metairie, LA and grew up in Lafayette, LA. She attended the United States Air Force Academy for two years then completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Regents College.
Aimée worked in the Information Technology field for several years before attending the University of Texas School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2004.
Aimée practiced commercial, pharmaceutical, and intellectual property litigation for six years at Beirne, Maynard & Parsons and Susman Godfrey, before joining the Johnson Law Group where she served as its managing attorney from 2011 – 2017. In 2017, Aimée started Robert Law Firm.

Victoria Alford

Victoria Alford joined Arnold & Itkin in 2011 and is a key part of our team. In addition to her litigation work, she spends a significant time working with our newest clients. Alyssa L. Romero

Alyssa L. Romero was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas where she graduated from Homer Hanna High School in 2007. Alyssa went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government in 2010. Right after her college graduation, Alyssa, moved to Houston, Texas where she attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Alyssa went on to graduate Cum Laude in 2013 and earn her Juris doctorate.
While in law school, Alyssa clerked at Farah Law Group, PLLC where she gained experience working on personal injury pre-litigation and litigation cases, as well as all aspects of school law.
After passing the Texas Bar Exam in 2013, Alyssa was hired by The Farah Law Group to manage their Rio Grande Valley offices (Edinburg and Brownsville). Alyssa has focused part of her practice on personal injury cases and has been successful in negotiating settlements for her clients both in pre-litigation and litigation to compensate them for their injuries. She has worked on and assisted in litigating and settling a number of serious injury cases, most notable is a seven-figure settlement for a client who suffered catastrophic injuries resulting from a construction site injury.
Leila M. El-Hakam

Ms. El-Hakam’s principal areas of practice are commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, employment litigation and appellate law.
