David Pinyerd
Social Security Disability Lawyer
I have personally represented thousands of clients pursuing disability over more than 12 years. Unlike most other firms, we are willing to take cases at the initial stage, and we are willing to continue fighting all the way up to the Federal Courts. We take it personally when we fight for our clients and believe our work ethic and dedication separate us from the other firms. I went to Indiana University for undergrad and law school.
While we do not take every case, we offer free, no-obligation, confidential consultations to give you a free case review. Since Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability are federal programs, we are able to take cases from every state.

Katrina Hildebrandt
Social Security Disability Lawyer
Katrina was twelve years old when she decided that she wanted to be an attorney, and it was one of the best decisions she’s ever made. She was born and raised in Midland, Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University in 1999, with honors. After looking at law schools in Michigan, Illinois and Ohio, Katrina chose Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis for her legal studies. Her intention was to work in corporate law.
In her first week of law school, she joined Hensley Legal Group, PC as a law clerk part-time to gain experience. There she was exposed to many different areas of law, areas she never anticipated. She realized how much she enjoyed working with consumers and helping them through the problems that affect their daily lives. She realized that moving on to practice corporate law would deprive her of the personal relationships she had created with clients and the rest of the team at Hensley Legal Group, PC.
After graduation, Katrina made Indiana her home and continues her work at Hensley Legal Group as the Managing Attorney and a disability attorney. She lives in Noblesville with her husband and beloved dogs, a Manchester terrier and a Yorkiepoo.
