Sabrina Tanamachi

Accident Injury Lawyer

We are former defense attorneys with years of experience working with big clients like Tesla, Amazon, Lockheed, and many of the large insurance carriers. After working with insurance companies and various employers, we decided to start our own firm to protect the rights of the injured. The questionable practices of the insurance carriers and their attorneys have been destroying the legal system, and restricting the injured from the treatment and compensation they deserve.

We are here to help change the system, and make sure the injured rights are protected. We know all the tricks the defense side pulls, and how their system works. This detailed knowledge, paired with compassionate attention to our clients sets us apart from other firms.

You will work side by side with our attorneys to get you the treatment you need, and get you back to where you need to be.

PAUL OVERETT

Accident Injury Lawyer

Every injury case is different and requires broad experience to understand where case values can be increased. Paul has successfully settled thousands of cases with a wide variety of fact patterns involving premises liability, slip and fall, trip and fall, and every imaginable variation of auto accident, and everything in between. Very rarely does a ‘new’ issue present itself which gives Paul great confidence in managing his client’s cases.

The number one rule in the office is that the client comes first. The absolute most important thing is for the client to be comfortable and relaxed after the trauma of an accident, fully confident that their case will be managed competently behind the scenes. The client should be focused on their recovery while getting treatment from well established medical providers and not be bombarded with telephone calls from insurance adjusters and defense attorneys trying to force a recorded interview that could potentially jeopardize their case or diminish their case value.

Paul’s clients have total access to their case and their attorney. The smooth and continuous flow of information between lawyer and client ensures that there are no wasted opportunities and that the client reaches the peak of their case’s potential. The staff has labeled this theory “living your best case”. Through a personal approach, taking in each client’s story and not just listening, but hearing the client as they talk about how they have been affected by their injuries, that is how we excel beyond our competition. We don’t have internal file numbers. We have client names.

The insurance adjusters don’t care about you or your injury. They care about one thing, and it’s not money! It’s making their manager happy. They want self-promotion, bigger cubicles, and higher salaries, and the path to getting there? Low settlements and denied claims. Paul has studied the insurance business and the inner workings of the corporate structure to undermine their process and to effectively use their system against them to get cases settled at the highest possible value.

The best auto accident attorney in Anaheim plays a crucial role in helping individuals who have been involved in car accidents seek compensation and navigate the legal process. These attorneys offer valuable assistance and expertise to protect their clients’ rights and maximize their chances of receiving fair compensation. Here are the key roles and responsibilities of the best auto accident attorneys in Anaheim:

  1. Legal Expertise: Auto accident attorneys are well-versed in California’s personal injury laws and regulations. They understand the complexities of auto accident cases and how to apply relevant laws to their clients’ situations.

  2. Case Evaluation: One of the primary roles of an auto accident attorney is to assess the details of the accident and the injuries sustained. They evaluate the strength of the case and provide informed advice on whether to pursue legal action.

  3. Investigation: Attorneys conduct thorough investigations into the accident. They gather evidence, interview witnesses, and collect police reports and other documents to build a strong case.

  4. Determining Liability: Auto accident attorneys work to establish liability and determine who was at fault for the accident. They gather evidence to demonstrate negligence or reckless behavior on the part of the other party.

  5. Negotiation: Skilled auto accident lawyers negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of their clients. They aim to secure a fair settlement that covers medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.

  6. Litigation: If negotiations do not result in a satisfactory settlement, auto accident attorneys are prepared to take the case to court. They file lawsuits, represent clients in court, and present compelling arguments before judges and juries.

  7. Maximizing Compensation: Auto accident lawyers work diligently to ensure that their clients receive the maximum compensation available for their injuries and losses. This includes exploring all avenues of recovery and fighting for the most favorable outcome.

  8. Filing Deadlines: California has statutes of limitations that set deadlines for filing personal injury claims. The best auto accident attorneys are aware of these deadlines and ensure that claims are filed within the required timeframe.

  9. Stress Reduction: Dealing with the aftermath of a car accident can be overwhelming. Auto accident attorneys handle legal matters, allowing clients to focus on their recovery and well-being.

  10. Advocacy: These attorneys serve as strong advocates for their clients, protecting their rights and interests throughout the legal process. They work to hold negligent parties accountable for their actions.

  11. Expert Witnesses: In some cases, expert witnesses, such as accident reconstruction specialists or medical experts, may be necessary to strengthen the case. Auto accident attorneys identify and work with these experts when needed.

  12. Communication: Effective auto accident attorneys maintain open and ongoing communication with their clients. They provide regular updates on the progress of the case and explain legal processes and options.

  13. Cost-Efficiency: Many auto accident attorneys work on a contingency fee basis, meaning they only get paid if the client receives compensation. This arrangement makes legal representation accessible to those who might not otherwise afford it.

In summary, the best auto accident attorneys in Anaheim play a pivotal role in helping accident victims seek justice and compensation. They provide legal expertise, guidance, and advocacy to ensure that their clients’ rights are protected and that they receive fair compensation for their injuries and losses.
