He is passionate about startups, and works tirelessly to build IP portfolios that form core assets for young and growing companies.  He also teaches upper-level courses at Chicago-Kent College of Law (IIT) as a member of the law school’s adjunct faculty.

An avid trumpet player, Randy regularly performs with various musical groups around the Chicago area in his spare time.

Lora Matthews Fausett

Lora Fausett is the firm’s founding member and concentrates her practice in the areas of transactional real estate, estate planning and business law.

Ms. Fausett has extensive experience achieving client-centered objectives in complex transactions and disputes affecting corporations and small businesses, commercial and residential real estate, and in probate and administrative appeals.

Her real estate practice represents Purchasers and Sellers efficiently with an eye towards customer service. Adrienne B. Naumann

Ms. Naumann is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, Ms. Naumann is also licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.

Ms. Naumann is a member of the Chicago Bar Association where she has served as Chairman of the Science, Technology and Law Committee. Ms. Naumann was the Co-chairman for the Patent Committee of the Converging Technologies Bar Association for 2006-2007.
 
Ms. Naumann has served as Secretary on the Board of the University of Chicago, Chicago Women’s Alliance.
