Bryanna Barker

Divorce Lawyers

I focus my practice on family law, including divorces, marital and non-marital property, legal and physical custody, timesharing (visitation), child support, termination of parental rights, adoptions, and prenuptial agreements. As someone who experienced the family court system as a child, I was able to see the impact that family law attorneys can have on families and their futures. I decided at an early age that I wanted to be a family law attorney who would be a source of positivity for others in their moments of change and crisis.

I am a member of Fayette County Bar Association and its Family Law Section and Women Lawyers Section. My legal experience has been heavily rooted in public advocacy. I have spent time interning for the non-profit Children’s Law Center as well as the Department of Public Advocacy. I am also a certified Guardian Ad Litem.

I grew up in Pennsylvania and attended Duquesne University where I studied psychology. I received my Juris Doctorate from Chase College of Law and now live in Lexington.

In my spare time I enjoy teaching dance classes, watching live music, and cooking.
